Catering Ottawa... Experience Tastes... Like No Other

Our passion for food came from a loving mother who enjoyed being adventurous in the kitchen. We were always encouraged by parents and step-parents to try everything at least once. At the office, Mom planned events and conferences throughout her career introducing Michele to the world of hospitality. We have dreamed of opening a catering company together for years and decided recently that the time is now!

Scot has been a chef for over 17 years gathering knowledge in many different aspects of the hospitality industry. Throughout his career he has learned from and applied his skills at a number of influential kitchens in Ottawa including the House of Commons, the Fairmont Chateau Laurier, the Ottawa Congress Centre, Club Red at Scotiabank Place and the Nav Canada Training & Conference Centre.

He has also owned and operated two restaurants, catered privately, facilitated cooking classes, and been engaged as a consultant.

His theory on food and cooking is to keep things simple, using a minimal amount of the freshest ingredients and applying the proper care and techniques when preparing dishes.

Michele has developed a thorough understanding of hospitality and events management throughout her 15-year career with leading companies such as Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Delta Hotels, Marriott Hotels, the Calgary Stampede & Exhibition, Ottawa Tourism, and Thyme & Again Creative Catering. She has always tried to ensure that her working environment was FUN! because that's the kind of life she tries to lead. She does her very best to make sure her clients have the same experience when working with her. At the same time, she prides herself on being an effective and organized multi-tasker.
